Socure is seeking a Senior Post-Sales Solution Consultant, Federal to serve as the primary technical contact throughout the sales cycle and implementation. You will be the subject matter expert across Socure products and align client needs with solutions, collaborating with multiple departments to support sales and resource coordination.

You will focus on expanding our Public Sector footprint in the Federal market, translating complex data into actionable guidance, and leading enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, math, economics, statistics, computer science or related field (preferred).
• 6+ years of professional work experience with 3+ years in professional services, product management, or sales engineering.
• Experience leading enterprise engagements dealing with analytics, technology, and/or enterprise software.
• Ability to negotiate resources and priorities with multiple stakeholders to drive results.
• Knowledge of SaaS sales processes.
• Ability to convert complex observations into clear results and recommendations (verbal and written).
• Experience with federal government engagements at enterprise level.
• Experience with document image capture or OCR/CV tools.
• Domain expertise with NIST identity standards and federal/banking regulations.
• Strong technical depth (ML/DS, SDLCs, RESTful APIs, RDBMS).
• Comfort with up to 20% travel.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Sales Leadership on product and solution presentations and pricing (SOWs).
• Coordinate with Data Science on POC design and execution.
• Tailor strategies for prospective clients using domain expertise.
• Work with Product Development to feed ideas for product innovation.
• Drive thought leadership with Product Marketing through blogs, whitepapers, webinars.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to align resources and priorities.
• Maintain day-to-day technical leadership on engagements for sales teams.
• Mentor junior team members.
