Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct experience working with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software teams.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs and release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end PQC journey for shared crypto problems: code signing, PKI, CBOM, and PQC migration.
• Coordinate PQC work across Amazon organizations to reuse techniques and artifacts.
• Enumerate PQC readiness across device standards (Matter, Bluetooth, OAuth 2.0, DRM) and drive next steps.
• Define program strategy, objectives, and success metrics; align stakeholders; and drive delivery across engineering teams while navigating crypto trade-offs.
• Run recurring program business reviews, mitigate risk, and present narratives to senior leadership.
