Job description

Description We are looking to add a Senior Technical Program Manager to support our software development efforts. You will pair with technical leads to plan and execute a continuous stream of small projects that support the software build-out and development of automation capabilities to fabricate and operate our quantum hardware. The projects a successful candidate will work on span a broad range of topics, including the development and implementation of new of tools to ingest data, accelerate testing, streamline and automate operations. These projects do not work on the actual quantum hardware, but rather are meant to drive efficiency, and accelerate our hardware development effort. This role will operate in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity, where the scope and deliverables are fluid, but where a successful applicant can navigate these challenges to make detailed plans and negotiate resources across a matrixed organization. Given the diversity of projects, a successful applicant will have an opportunity to gain familiarity with all aspects of hardware development and testing for quantum computing, and thus will require a capability to multitask paired with an innate curiosity to dive deep.
