OneAZ Credit Union in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Post Closing Specialist to ensure accurate loan delivery and timely investor purchases. You will act as the main contact for investor delivery, manage post-closing activities, and resolve complex delivery issues with a focus on quality and compliance.

Required 8–10 years of mortgage post-closing experience, familiarity with investor portals, and strong analytical skills.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• 8–10 years mortgage experience including post-closing and Fannie Mae delivery.
• Experience resolving investor exceptions and delays.
• Familiarity with LOS platforms and investor delivery portals.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with accountability.
• Arizona Notary within 60 days preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of funded loans through investor purchase.
• Manage investor suspense, rebuttals, and curative documentation.
• Serve as primary escalation point for delivery disputes and delays.
• Coordinate post-closing activities for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor purchase timelines, aging pipelines, and day-to-cash.
• Lead remediation for post-closing audit findings and investor defects.
