Univest is seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Manager to support our Commercial Lending team in Souderton and West Chester. You will manage portfolios, analyze financial information, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with Relationship Managers and internal teams.

This role emphasizes client relationships, risk assessment, and efficient loan processing from origination to post-closing, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative banking environment.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and relationship-building with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in portfolio work.
• Ability to independently assess financial information for repayment capacity and collateral.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with lending policies.
• Self-motivated to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan approval packages with the Relationship Manager.
• Draft memos for credit files and underwriting approvals.
• Analyze customer financial information for loan requests and reviews.
• Perform cash flow and collateral analyses for deal screening.
• Test loan covenants and review risk factors for portfolio health.
• Assist with due diligence including real estate, liens, and credit reports.
• Support loan closings and coordinate with title companies and counsel.
• Monitor monthly reporting: maturing loans, annual reviews, exceptions.
