Starbucks is seeking a Systems Analyst to deliver technology and process solutions across IT and business units. You will define requirements, design user-centric solutions, configure systems, and support critical production environments to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have extensive POS experience, strong UI design skills, and a track record in Agile/Lean delivery. The role emphasizes collaboration with suppliers and licensee teams, experience with Oracle Simphony POS, and the

Competenze

10+ years of experience with Retail POS systems.
5+ years configuring POS pricing and designing POS UI.
Experience with technical designs, solution architecture, configurations, integrations and master data.
Experience collaborating with multiple suppliers and licensee teams.

Mansioni

Lead solution design and delivery - define scope and solution options, direct requirements and user stories, partner with project teams on estimates/timelines, and apply Agile/Scrum and Lean techniques to improve processes and outcomes.
Configure and validate solutions - perform application configuration, support data conversion, and build/test plans while validating results.
Own production support and stability - provide 24x7 support for critical systems, lead root-cause analysis, coordinate cross-team/vendor resolution, and maintain user documentation.
