Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Sr. Specialist, POS Configurations to manage and execute POS changes for the Radar product.

You will oversee the entire change process, install and troubleshoot new POS systems, and collaborate with the Development team on integrations across locations. You’ll handle ticketing for Enterprise Radar customers, document defects, update integration docs, and mentor teammates while prioritizing work in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Proven history as a high performing Support Agent.
• Expert knowledge within Radar POS Integrations.
• Customer service skills.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Detail-oriented with time management and prioritization.
• Problem-solving abilities; tech-savvy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Configure and initialize new integrations for Radar customers.
• Troubleshoot integration discrepancies and provide solutions.
• Handle tickets for Enterprise Radar customers.
• Document software defects and report to Development.
• Update documentation for POS Integrations.
• Manage and troubleshoot customer exports from Radar.
• Cross-train and assist with R365 POS Integrations.
• Mentor new team members on request.
• Prioritize and manage ticket queue.
• Other duties as assigned.
