Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Sr. Specialist, POS Configurations, to lead and execute POS changes for the Radar product across enterprise locations. You will oversee the full change process, install and troubleshoot new POS systems, and collaborate with Development on integrations requiring technical involvement.

You will manage tickets for Radar customers, document defects, update related documentation, and mentor junior staff while balancing priorities in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• History of high performance as a Support Agent.
• Expert knowledge of Radar POS Integrations.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and time management.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Specialist, POS Configurations, plays a vital role in managing and executing POS system changes for the Radar product. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire POS Change process from start to finish, including the installation and troubleshooting of newly added POS systems. You will collaborate closely with the Development team when integrations require technical involvement and engage in discussions with enterprise customers who are implementing POS system changes across multiple locations. Additionally, you will conduct recurring calls to review and document any POS changes that are not performing as expected, ensuring that issues are identified and resolved promptly.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
• Demonstrated history of being a high performing Support Agent

• Tech-savvy (any coding experience is a HUGE plus!!) and understand the technology and fundamental tasks working with software and internet applications

This role is hybrid, balancing flexibility with the value of in-person collaboration. To support connection, partnership, and team effectiveness, employees are expected to work onsite each Tuesday and Wednesday.

$28.05 - $39.26 an hour
