Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Sr. Specialist, POS Configurations to oversee the POS Change process for the Radar product.

You will manage installation and troubleshooting of new POS systems, collaborating with Development on integrations and engaging with enterprise customers implementing changes across locations. You will lead recurring reviews to document POS changes, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or higher in a related field.
• History of high performance in Support roles.
• Expert knowledge of Radar POS Integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management.
• Leadership capabilities and willingness to mentor.

Responsibilities

• Configure and initialize new Integrations for Radar Customers.
• Troubleshoot integration discrepancies and provide solutions.
• Handle tickets for Enterprise Radar customers.
• Document software defects and report to Development.
• Update documentation for POS Integrations.
• Manage and troubleshoot customer exports from Radar.
• Cross-train and assist with R365 POS Integrations.
• Prioritize workqueue and schedule effectively.
• Mentor new team members when requested.
