We are seeking a capable Support Agent to configure and manage Radar integrations, troubleshoot discrepancies, and assist Enterprise customers to ensure smooth exports and timely resolutions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership potential, and technical curiosity. It is a hybrid position with on-site collaboration required for in-person teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated history of high performance as a Support Agent.
• Expert knowledge within Radar POS Integrations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Ability to problem-solve and lead when needed.
• Tech-savvy; coding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and initialize new Integrations for Radar Customers.
• Troubleshoot integration discrepancies and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Handle tickets for assigned Enterprise Radar customers.
• Document software defects and report them to the Development team.
• Update documentation for assigned POS Integrations.
• Manage and troubleshoot customer exports from Radar.
• Cross-train and assist with R365 POS Integrations as requested.
• Prioritize personal ticket queue and manage time accordingly.
• Mentor new team members when requested by Support Management.
