AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the Ports & Marine engineering team in Houston, TX. This role targets an experienced civil/structural engineer with deep port/marine design and construction knowledge and multi-disciplinary leadership.

You will mentor engineers, manage high-profile projects, and strengthen client relationships while delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. The Houston-based hybrid model applies.

Formación

• BA/BS + 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience/education in structural, civil or maritime engineering.
• A valid driver's license is required and MVR check must pass.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple high-profile Ports & Marine projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide project and technical task management across projects.
• Mentor engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Identify client requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Maintain strong English communication and effective proposal writing.
