Amazon.com Services LLC in Austin is seeking a Portfolio Strategist to oversee city-wide AMER transaction strategies and portfolio plans that align with business goals, growth projections, and market trends.

You will lead cross-functional engagement across Business Orgs, Occupancy Planning, Design & Construction, Finance and Facilities, and articulate recommendations to senior leaders for site acquisition, consolidation or disposition with data-driven rigor.

Formación

• 7+ years of property management, asset management, portfolio management and/or real estate financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
• 6+ years of program or project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Work cross-functionally with teams including Amazon Business Orgs, Regional Portfolio Management, Occupancy Planning, Design and Construction, IT, Security, Workplace, Finance and Facilities.
• Lead the creation of city-wide strategy plans for major metro areas and develop portfolio plans aligned to business goals and market trends.
• Oversee supply and demand by city and design portfolio strategy scenarios.
• Identify opportunities to optimize space for all orgs within the portfolio and for new acquisitions.
• Prioritize work across vendor partner contingencies.
• Manage cross-functional engagement with city and internal stakeholders to drive coordinated efforts.
