Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Seattle is seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to maintain and optimize the AMER leased data center portfolio. You will manage leases, drive cost savings, and coordinate with stakeholders to implement strategy and process improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in portfolio or asset management and strong communication skills. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and relocation/working arrangements as applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in property/asset/portfolio management or real estate financial analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform strategic portfolio analysis, supporting stakeholders during site exit and renewal.
• Define KPIs, track critical dates, and build mechanisms to track portfolio metrics.
• Perform CAM reconciliations and annual budget updates.
• Drive portfolio optimization through process improvement and cost savings/avoidance.
• Negotiate, draft, and manage lease-related documents.
• Partner with internal stakeholders including business development, legal, finance, and economic development.
• Manage landlord/tenant relationships through lease compliance, escalation, and de-escalation.
• Report on portfolio metrics and provide monthly/quarterly updates.
