Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Real Estate Manager to steer the global data center real estate portfolio. You will own end-to-end finance and portfolio optimization, evaluating assets for holding, subleasing, selling, redevelopment, expansion or exit.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, real estate
Experience building and managing financial models for forecasting

Responsibilities

Own long-term portfolio strategy for AWS data center real estate (owned, leased, etc.)
Lead hold/sell/sublease/redevelop analysis using market conditions and financial returns
Build portfolio optimization models to inform capital allocation
Define asset lifecycle management framework from acquisition through disposition
Lead complex transactions: asset sales, sale-leasebacks, subleases
Negotiate key commercial terms; manage external advisors
Monitor market trends and publish portfolio outlooks
Partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal, Engineering, Operations to optimize deal structures
