Amazon seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager for the GOES Portfolio Management team to optimize the Ops network globally and lead cross-BU MSAs in NA, EU and ROW. You will drive data-driven insights for co-location, consolidation, and idle asset redeployment while shaping long-term strategic capacity planning.

The role requires 5+ years in real estate, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence at all levels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in real estate or similar field.
• Experience managing large multi-stakeholder projects with high visibility and time pressure.
• Understanding of real estate financial analysis and valuation, including discounted cash flow models.

Responsabilidades

• Develop partnerships with NA Real Estate, GOES-Tech and Finance to drive All BU MSA Deep Dives and cost optimization recommendations.
• Partner with GOES-Tech to analyze data sources like zoning, land use trends, and planned investments.
• Create and implement revenue opportunities from excess operating space and land, in collaboration with NA Real Estate.
• Support ongoing EU Deep Dive workstreams by aligning with Network Planning and EU Real Estate capacity planning.
• Expand Deep Dives to ROW, building relationships with ROW Real Estate.
• Support expansion of Leased Site Acquisitions in ROW, delivering cost savings and strategic sites.
• Assist GOES Portfolio Management with initiatives to meet annual optimization goals.
