TruStage seeks a senior IT architect to lead portfolio architecture, guiding complex solutions across the SDLC. You will shape technology strategy, create reusable patterns, and mentor teams to deliver high-impact results in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes security, reliability, and alignment with enterprise goals, with opportunities to influence roadmaps and partner with IT owners and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or IT-related field.
• At least ten years IT experience with leadership in complex projects.
• Expertise in software architecture, SDLC, andRequirements engineering.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align solutions with enterprise goals.
• Experience integrating development models (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced consulting and guidance at the most complex level of portfolio architecture.
• Drive technology strategy, solution architecture, and pattern development for high-impact solutions.
• Lead and mentor development teams across all SDLC phases and architect reviews.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture on feasibility, roadmaps, and technology options.
• Develop and maintain departmental patterns, security and reliability considerations, and cost-aware designs.
• Oversee solution portfolio roadmap and drive improvements across the application landscape.
