TruStage Insurance Agency, LLC is seeking a Senior Business System Consultant to lead expert-level analysis, design, and architecture across multiple initiatives. You will mentor staff, guide solution development, and collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver scalable systems.

The role emphasizes architecture design, cross-functional leadership, and ongoing professional development within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

BS in MIS or CS or equivalent trade-off in related education and related professional work experience.
6 1/2 years work experience in IT with the most recent 36 months work experience as a Business System Consultant or equivalent in the last 3 years.
Proficiency in application development concepts, multi-platform computing and n-tier design.
Expert knowledge across business systems architecture with the ability to teach others.
No immigration sponsorship needed for United States work now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Independently perform expert-level analysis and design translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Guide development of multiple concurrent business systems solutions from conceptualization through stabilization.
Develop, test, implement, document and maintain high quality business systems solutions.
Educate and collaborate with management, development teams, IT infrastructure and clients.
Continually enhance and share knowledge in application development best practices.
