Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience in architecture, design or development of enterprise applications and integrations.
- Knowledge of insurance and healthcare domains and related patterns.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to guide teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IS or related field is required.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategy and roadmap exercises, architecture definition, product selection, and integration design.
- Play key roles on large projects as Technical Lead or Lead Architect.
- Provide technical leadership through discovery, planning, implementation and delivery.
- Architect and design core business applications and integrations for insurance, healthcare, and other industries.
- Collaborate with Architects, Developers and Technical Project Managers; learn and grow with new ideas.
