Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced Portfolio Test Lead to steer enterprise-wide testing, QA strategy, and large delivery programs across Agile and traditional models. You will lead a 25+ member QA organization, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive quality transformation including automation and DevOps practices.

You will influence onshore/offshore delivery, mentor teams, and collaborate with clients to ensure quality objectives align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Requires strong testing strategy and governance experience in large programs.
• Proven project/program management and QA transformation leadership.
• Experience leading 25+ member QA teams with client-facing delivery.

• Define and drive enterprise-wide testing strategy, governance, and QA frameworks.
