Qualifications

• Strong QA leadership with hands-on testing background.
• Experience progressing from Tester to leadership roles.
• Experience with manual and automation testing mix.

Responsibilities

• Execute Enterprise Testing Gates across the portfolio.
• Provide governance across projects and keep decisions independent from execution.
• Mentor Project Testing Leads and drive ETS dashboard adoption.
• Verify requirements, scope and acceptance criteria for Test Readiness.
• Ensure designs support functional, integration, performance, security, and resiliency testing.
• Confirm automation and regression readiness prior to build completion.
• Validate environments, data, integrations, and assets before SIT entry.
• Assess testing completion, defects, and deployment readiness for go-live.
