Job summary

Avanti Residential is seeking an Area Manager to supervise the portfolio of communities across the Arizona Regional Office. You will guide Community Managers, ensure financial stewardship, monitor KPI performance, and maintain high standards of property presentation and resident relations.

The role requires 3+ years in property management, supervisory experience, and the ability to manage budgets and staffing across multiple sites. Strong leadership and Yardi proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in property management, real estate, business administration, business management, or related field preferred.
• Master’s degree in business administration preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in property management required.

Responsibilities

• Build a productive, motivated, and goal-oriented culture across every community in the assigned portfolio.
• Lead positive change management behavior and support Community Managers through organizational updates.
• Oversee resident, vendor, prospective resident, and guest inquiries, and maintain professional relationships across the portfolio.
• Hold Community Managers accountable to budget guidelines throughout the year and ensure timely response to monthly variances.
• Review resident files for transfers, evictions, reasonable accommodation requests, medical requests, and complaints; evaluate and implement decisions.
