Avanti Residential in Arizona is seeking an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of communities. You will drive occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and asset preservation while managing on-site teams and budgets.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in property management or related field, 3+ years of property management and supervisory experience with 800+ units preferred, and proficiency with Yardi. We offer bonuses, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in property management, real estate, business administration, business management, or related field preferred.
• Master’s degree in business administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Community Managers and on-site staff to achieve occupancy and KPI targets.
• Oversee budget adherence and timely variance reporting throughout the portfolio.
• Ensure physical condition and presentation standards across all communities are met.
