Zusammenfassung

DTCC is seeking an Associate Director, Enterprise Portfolio Office Standards, Controls, Data & Continuous Improvement to lead the pillar responsible for the reusable operating backbone of the Enterprise Portfolio Office. The role sets strategic direction, prioritizes work, manages capacity, and ensures value delivery across enterprise programs and senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience in portfolio management, PMO/EPMO, governance, process improvement or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Standards, Controls, Data & Continuous Improvement pillar with priority setting, capacity planning and delivery of measurable outcomes.
• Maintain pillar roadmap across standards, methodology, controls, reporting, data quality, tools and automation.
• Coach and develop team members with clear ownership and cross-training.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable pillar priorities and success metrics.
• Ensure practical standards, templates, and self-service guidance improve consistency while reducing administrative burden.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and strengthen the operating model.
• Own portfolio data quality, reporting standards, taxonomy, and dashboards in partnership with stakeholders and tech teams.
• Provide leadership for Planview and related PPM tool requirements, adoption planning and value realization.
