Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Senior Associate in Enterprise Transformation to lead PM activities on complex initiatives and act as a strategic partner to the business. You will remove obstacles and ensure delivery through collaboration, influence, and proactive communication with cross-functional teams.

The role requires high energy, adaptability, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while aligning with business objectives and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive business and function led changes involving processes, clients, technology, org structures, or regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies; define action items, assign owners, and escalate.
• Plan, organize and manage projects to deliver on time and within budget.
• Communicate and collaborate across stakeholders including business, IT, vendors, and ecosystem partners.
• Check and challenge assumptions and execution approaches.
• Partner to manage change adoption and stakeholder buy-in.
• Track progress against business objectives and outcomes.
• Support the program or project lead to deliver outcomes.
• Integrate risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities.
