Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Director, Portfolio Management to lead enterprise portfolio advisory, align investments with strategy, and drive value realization across Business, Technology, Finance and Risk groups. You will shepherd planning cycles, govern portfolio health, and present executive decisions to leadership.

The role demands 10+ years in portfolio management, strong leadership and data-driven decision skills, with a hybrid work model and location in the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in portfolio management or related discipline.
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Master’s or advanced degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Portfolio Management team and set priorities.
• Oversee enterprise front-door advisory model for portfolio intake, planning and decision support.
• Translate strategy into actionable portfolio priorities and recommendations.
• Ensure initiatives align to strategy, risk appetite and financial objectives.
• Drive annual planning, demand shaping and funding alignment.
• Facilitate portfolio management routines and surface risks and dependencies.
• Own portfolio metrics, KPIs and OKRs; track value realization.
• Lead investment trade-off analyses and provide executive-ready insights.
• Collaborate across Business, Technology, Finance, Risk and delivery teams.
