CONMED Corporation is seeking a Senior PMO Leader in Denver to oversee the Advanced Surgical NPD portfolio. This role leads governance, project execution, and executive updates, coordinating cross-functional teams to improve delivery and outcomes in a regulated environment.

You will drive resource planning, budget oversight, and risk management, while coaching a team of project professionals and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Formación

• 6+ years engineering or project management experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading concurrent projects with timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead portfolio governance and prioritization for Advanced Surgical NPD.
• Guide cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Chair Project Review Board meetings and report portfolio metrics.
• Support Innovation Advisory Board content and governance.
• Maintain CEO dashboard with portfolio performance data.
• Identify and mitigate technical, regulatory, and execution risks.
• Develop resource capacity plans and staffing recommendations.
• Own budget planning, forecasting, and cost improvement initiatives.
• Improve PMO standards, templates, dashboards, and tools.
• Build alignment across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Finance.
