Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead, Portfolio Management – Quality Engineering Business Operations to drive budgeting, forecasting, and governance for the Enterprise Software Quality Engineering COE.

This role partners across Finance, HR, Procurement, and QE leadership to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and operational excellence. You will own planning cycles, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination, while guiding resource planning, vendor governance, and strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in management, finance, business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, or resource planning.
• 5+ years in portfolio management, technology business operations, or program management.
• 3+ years in supporting technology organizations, business operations teams, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and executive presentation materials.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance for QE COE.
• Coordinate portfolio operations, demand, capacity, and execution.
• Prepare executive reviews, dashboards, and reporting.
• Lead vendor governance and supplier management activities.
• Drive onboarding and integration of resources into QE COEs.
• Communicate strategy and progress to leadership.
