Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Business or IT.
• 5+ years in budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, or resource planning.
• 5+ years in portfolio management, tech operations, program management, or strategic planning.
• 3+ years in technology organizations, operations, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentations.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and expense management.
• Develop executive monthly reporting, insights, and recommendations for leadership review.
• Create materials for leadership reviews and investment discussions.
• Coordinate vendor governance and supplier management across QE.
• Prepare executive scorecards and dashboards for reviews.
• Support associate onboarding and COE integration across teams.
