The role emphasizes relationship-building, coordinating maintenance and capital projects, ensuring compliance with Florida statutes, and partnering with accounting on budgets and reporting.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CAM License (LCAM) – REQUIRED (must be in good standing).
• Open to newly licensed or early CAM professionals.
• Previous HOA/COA or property management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communities.
• Reliable transportation for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of HOA/COA communities.
• Primary contact for Board members and homeowners.
• Prepare and facilitate Board meetings (occasional evenings).
• Oversee vendor management, contracts, and property operations.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and Florida statutes.
• Partner with accounting teams on budgets, financials, reporting.
• Conduct regular property inspections and provide updates.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
