The role emphasizes leadership in credit analysis, due diligence, underwriting, structuring, and ongoing portfolio oversight while ensuring compliance with risk appetite and timely servicing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required with 6-8 years of credit/work experience.
• Strong ability to analyze transactions, assess risks, and structure credit facilities.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with clear communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to understand client capital needs and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Guide risk rating, evaluate transaction risks, and prepare credit memos aligned with risk appetite.
• Lead credit analysis, due diligence, underwriting, structuring, and ongoing portfolio management with Credit Analysts and RM.
• Interface with Credit as a primary contact and oversee legal documentation and post-approval requirements.
• Maintain portfolio management metrics and ensure credit quality and servicing timeliness.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
