Job summary

Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee an apartment community in Lynn, MA. You will manage operations, oversee office and maintenance staff, and ensure LIHTC compliance while maintaining optimal occupancy.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in property management, strong budgeting and staff supervision skills, and effective communication in English. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. EOE and diverse workforce encouraged.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with at least 5 years of property management and supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and affordable housing regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong time management and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall property operations and staff, including site office and maintenance.
• Ensure properties are optimally occupied and staffed with skilled personnel.
• Prepare budgets and monitor compliance within budget constraints.
• Complete and oversee processing of resident certification/recertification forms.
• Supervise resident relations and staff, driving compliance and quality service.
