Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced and seasoned Property Manager to oversee an apartment community in Lynn, MA.

The ideal candidate will manage all property operations and supervise site office and maintenance staff while ensuring compliance with LIHTC and related housing regulations.

Responsibilities include maintaining optimal occupancy, staffing, budgeting, and processing resident certifications/recertifications with emphasis on resident relations and budget analysis.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years related property management and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC recertification.
• Familiarity with affordable housing programs, LIHTC, and state/local housing regulations.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations and supervise site office and maintenance staff.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance across property operations.
• Maintain optimal occupancy and staff staffing within budget.
• Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance within budget constraints.
• Process resident certification/recertification forms.
