Job summary

Doss is seeking a Portfolio Manager for the Forward Deployed Services team. You will own a portfolio of enterprise client relationships and lead a team of Forward Deployed Product Managers while staying hands-on.

You will partner with client leadership to analyze workflows, design data models, and build configurations on the DOSS platform, guiding UAT and go-live. This is a player-coach role in an AI-native company focused on upper mid-market and ERP deployments.

• Experience leading ERP implementations or complex B2B software delivery.
• Ability to design cross-functional workflows and data models.
• Hands-on leadership with coaching responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Forward Deployed Product Managers across a portfolio of upper mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Stay hands-on across the post-sales lifecycle: discovery, design, implementation, and go-live.
• Own the success of the most complex client relationships and drive retention and expansion.
• Conduct cross-functional deep dives to map end-to-end business processes and workflows.
• Drive new product capabilities to support enterprise growth and competition.
