The ideal candidate will manage complex client relationships, oversee post-sales activities, and mentor a small team while engaging directly in the processes. Key responsibilities include leading discovery, product design, and implementation while fostering automation and AI improvements within the business. Competenze

• 6+ years experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, or product operations.
• Experience in high-pressure environments such as startups or consulting.
• Ability to lead by doing, with strong analytical skills.
