Job summary

Independence Pet Group is seeking an Advanced Program Manager to lead high-complexity enterprise programs and strengthen portfolio execution across Marketing and technology-enabled initiatives.

You will serve as a senior execution partner, shaping cross-functional delivery plans and converting executive priorities into measurable outcomes while mentoring team members responsible for intake and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant program, portfolio, transformation, or enterprise change experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in marketing, product, or technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to executives and teams.
• Proficiency with portfolio tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Confluence, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity enterprise programs and strengthen portfolio execution across Marketing and technology initiatives.
• Provide oversight of Portfolio Governance Tool and drive disciplined intake and prioritization.
• Create integrated portfolio roadmaps, dashboards, and escalation paths to improve transparency and delivery confidence.
• Mentor other delivery professionals and support Portfolio Execution leadership.
• Prepare concise executive communications and governance decisions for senior leadership.
