The ideal candidate excels at translating complex business challenges into actionable product strategies in a fast-paced environment, focusing on customer impact and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, insurtech, or related digital platforms.
• Proven track record launching and enhancing commercial products or features.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned product areas, delivering features on time.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and drive go-to-market readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Monitor quality and performance using data to inform improvements.
• Support product launches with training materials and release communications.
