Independence Pet Holdings is seeking an Advanced Program Manager to lead high-complexity, enterprise programs across Marketing and technology-enabled initiatives. The role is hybrid, based in Chicago, IL, and reports to Portfolio Execution leadership.
You will partner with senior leaders from business, product, technology, data, operations, and legal/compliance to shape delivery plans, governance, and measurable outcomes while mentoring team members responsible for intake and governance.

The Advanced Program Manager is responsible for leading high-complexity, enterprise programs and strengthening portfolio execution across Marketing and technology-enabled initiatives. Serves as a senior execution partner to Portfolio Execution leadership, providing oversight of the Portfolio Governance Tool, driving disciplined intake and prioritization, shaping cross-functional delivery plans, and converting executive priorities into measurable outcomes. Leads through influence across business, product, technology, data, operations, finance, legal/compliance, vendors, and external partners, while supporting and mentoring team members responsible for initiative intake and governance.
