Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or insurance tech.
- Proven track record launching commercial products and features.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile product development with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps with cross‑functional teams.
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories for design and engineering.
- Own backlog prioritization and tradeoffs to maximize value.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
- Monitor quality and performance; inform go‑to‑market with training materials.
