Job summary

Coda Search│Staffing represents a premier PE fund in NYC seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for the Portfolio Analytics Team. You will work with portfolio managers and cross-functional teams to enhance client reporting, analyze performance, and support data integrity across reporting systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in financial services or PE data reporting, strong Excel modeling, and proficiency with CRM/analytics tools; exceptional communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years in Financial Services/PE data reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel modeling and MS Office.
• Experience with data analytics tools: Salesforce, Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Enhance client reporting vision to meet evolving needs.
• Review portfolio performance, benchmarks, and risk statistics.
• Ensure timely client quarterly reports.
• Coordinate data feeds across databases to ensure data integrity.
• Apply queries, pivots, and other tools to analyze data.
• Build portfolio analytics and financial models for exposure and risk.
• Gather feedback to enhance the reporting platform.
• Maintain CRM database and report to Directors.
• Provide ad hoc data research as needed.
