Job summary

Premier PE Fund in New York is seeking a Portfolio Analytics Manager to collaborate with Portfolio Managers across finance, operations, and client services. You will analyze portfolio performance, prepare attribution and risk reports, and build models to evaluate exposure and performance.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Financial Services/Private Equity data reporting, strong Excel skills, and experience with Salesforce, Bloomberg, FactSet, and Morningstar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years in Financial Services/Private Equity data reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Modeling.
• Technical knowledge of data analytics using CRMs (Salesforce), Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of management.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze portfolio performance data and benchmark statistics.
• Provide detailed performance reports including attribution, NOI, IRRs, and benchmarks.
• Construct portfolio analytics tables and perform fund finance metrics.
• Craft quarterly client talking points on investment performance.
• Coordinate data feeds and maintain data integrity across reporting systems.
• Build financial models to assess portfolio exposure, risk and performance.
• Gather feedback to enhance the reporting platform across the organization.
• Maintain CRM database and provide reports to Directors regularly.
• Provide ad hoc data research and analysis as needed.
