Job summary

Coda Search│Staffing has partnered with a premier alternative asset management client in New York City to recruit a Senior Analyst/Associate for their Accounting & Finance team. The role reports closely to the CFO and Controller, supporting the finance function with critical analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in corporate finance/FP&A, a degree in accounting or finance, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in accounting or finance (preferred).
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual workpapers and financial statement packages.
• Conduct cash flow analysis and assist with budget preparation.
• Assist in month-end close, including accruals, reclassifications and reconciliations.
• Support CFO and Controller with reporting, forecasting and budgets.
• Process cash reconciliations and relevant journal entries.
