Job summary

Coda Search│Staffing seeks a Manager for Portfolio Analytics at a premier private equity fund based in NYC. You will collaborate with portfolio managers across finance, operations, technology, investor services, and compliance to deliver insightful performance analytics and reporting.

The role requires building models, coordinating data feeds, and crafting client-focused quarterly reports while ensuring data integrity across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years in Financial Services/Private Equity data/client reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Modeling.
• Technical knowledge, data analytics using CRMs (Salesforce), Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Outstanding communication skills, proven ability to work with all levels of Management.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze portfolio performance data, benchmark performance and risk statistics.
• Provide detailed performance reports including attribution analysis, NOI, IRRs, and benchmark returns.
• Construct portfolio analytics tables and perform fund finance metrics.
• Craft quarterly client talking points on investment performance.
• Review and adjust client quarterly reports to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate data feeds for internal and external databases to ensure data integrity.
• Build financial models to assess portfolio exposure, risk and performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the reporting platform through stakeholder feedback.
