Croda Singapore is looking for a Senior Research Scientist – Synthetic Chemistry to join the Princeton R&D team. This role requires a strong synthetic chemist experienced in polymer chemistry and analytical science, essential for delivering scalable solutions in specialty chemicals.

The ideal candidate will lead the design and synthesis of chemical systems, work collaboratively across functions, and utilize analytical tools to translate scientific innovations into practical outcomes. The position is on-site at our Princeton, NJ site with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of relevant industrial experience, ideally within specialty chemicals or pharmaceutical.
• Strong foundation in synthetic chemistry, demonstrated across both small molecules and polymeric systems.
• Hands-on experience in analytical chemistry, interpreting complex datasets.
