Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a senior technical writer to develop and maintain governance documentation for the Canadian Wealth business, focusing on policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions. The role requires collaboration with risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and usability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a policy and procedure documentation specialist or senior technical writer.
• Experience supporting enterprise risk frameworks or governance, risk, and compliance functions.
• Strong knowledge of documentation standards, style guides, and information architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance policies, procedures, standards, work instructions, and governance documentation.
• Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, risk and compliance teams, and operational leaders.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, compliance, usability, and alignment with organizational objectives.
