Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in systems support, analytics, or operational support.
• Experience partnering with architecture, security, risk, and compliance teams.
• Experience evaluating architectures, APIs, data flows, and middleware.
• Banking or financial services technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current-state and target-state architectures to ensure alignment with strategic technology direction.
• Analyze application architectures, system interfaces, APIs, data flows, and infrastructure dependencies to identify design risks and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in architecture reviews and solution design sessions and provide recommendations on scalability, resiliency, security, maintainability, and operational supportability.
• Develop and maintain business capability mappings, solution context diagrams, process flows, and system interaction models.
• Assess the technical impact of proposed changes across applications, platforms, integrations, and business processes.
