Remote Policy & Procedure Documentation Specialist role with Eliassen Group. Senior writer to craft and maintain policies, standards, and work instructions for enterprise risk.

Collaborates with risk/compliance teams and business leaders to ensure accurate, compliant, and usable documentation aligned with objectives. Focus on governance, templates, reviews, and audit readiness across wealth management and financial services domains.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a policy and procedure documentation specialist or senior technical writer.
• Background supporting enterprise risk frameworks or governance, risk, and compliance functions.
• Strong knowledge of documentation standards, style guides, and information architecture.
• Experience working with stakeholders across risk, compliance, audit, and operations.
• Proficiency with documentation tools and repositories.
• Ability to translate complex subject matter into clear and usable content.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Experience within wealth management or financial services preferred.

• Create user-friendly artifacts and taxonomies that improve discoverability.
• Measure effectiveness and adoption of documentation with defined metrics.
