Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Business System Analyst (Governance) for a remote role. The candidate will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, and Security to assess architectural hygiene, resiliency, and maintainability across enterprise solutions.

This position supports governance forums, develops KPIs, and drives modernization initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with governance frameworks, and collaboration with risk, compliance, and audit teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 6+ years in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support.
• Experience partnering with Architects, Engineering, and Security teams.
• Banking or financial services tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering teams to assess current and target architectures.
• Analyze system interfaces, data flows, and dependencies to identify risks.
• Participate in architecture reviews and design sessions for security and maintainability.
• Develop business capability mappings and process flows.
• Evaluate changes across applications, platforms, and integrations.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and risk management frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance, risk posture, and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and stakeholder feedback.
