Ideal candidates will have over 20 years of experience, an active security clearance, and demonstrated expertise in policy analysis, program management, and systems development.

Qualifications

• Requires active Secret or Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• 10+ years in policy analysis, program management, business analysis, or information systems.
• Experience translating policy into technical solutions and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise on policy development, implementation, and governance in IT modernization.
• Analyze laws, directives, and regulations for organizational and system impact.
• Gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Plan and oversee modernization of legacy enterprise information systems.
• Perform business process analysis and recommend technology solutions.
• Collaborate with solution developers and DoW IT agency to align modernization with policy.
• Develop use cases, workflows, and operational requirements as needed.
• Evaluate existing systems and identify modernization opportunities to improve efficiency and compliance.
