Job summary
Spectrum Comm Inc in Arlington, VA seeks an experienced Systems Analyst to lead IT-focused efforts across requirements development, portfolio consolidation, and enterprise architecture. You will interface with Government teams to ensure technical alignment and execution of modernization plans.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years in the field, a relevant degree, and security clearance. Expect collaboration on COTS/GOTS reviews, transition planning, and strategic capability assessments.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of systems engineering or IT analysis experience.
- Master's degree or equivalent in computer/systems engineering.
- ITIL and CISSP certifications; Secret security clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Lead tasks under system requirements for integration and sustainment, portfolio rationalization, and enterprise architecture.
- Support requirements refinement, process reengineering, and evaluation of COTS/GOTS software.
- Evaluate IT capabilities including AI/ML prototypes and present findings.
- Benchmark and integrate program/portfolio management tools and modeling software.
- Support NDAA-driven defense modernization efforts and data-source mapping.
- Analyze legacy systems for consolidation and plan transition roadmaps.
