Job summary

You will partner with senior leaders to craft rigorous policy analyses, advance campaigns, and shape thought leadership in financial health and economic mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of policy or related experience.
• Proven track record in policy strategy and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of government decision-making processes.
• Ability to translate policy into practical strategies.
• Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking with independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as policy lead on business growth and entrepreneurship; develop policy recommendations.
• Evaluate merits, tradeoffs, and impact of policy approaches.
• Partner with GGR and CR to design and lead policy campaigns.
• Ensure policy priorities align with ADI and CR.
• Represent the Institute in external policy discussions with officials and industry leaders.
• Shape thought leadership on financial health through policy analysis and public engagement.
